Shipping

Shipping rates: to be determined for each order. Prices vary by location. Package weights, dimensions and carrier setup are to be determined. We quote shipping from Tazewell, Virginia once those details and your destination ZIP code are confirmed. You pay the quoted carrier charge without an added shipping markup; we will not inflate or overcharge it. We confirm the charge before payment.

Items are made after ordering. Production time and carrier transit time are separate; we confirm both estimates before accepting payment. Orders enter the production queue first come, first served after the order details and payment are complete. No release date or delivery date is guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items and associated shipping charges.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction. We will help investigate missing or damaged deliveries and work toward an appropriate resolution.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return of standard merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with attached tags where supplied. Trying an item on indoors to check fit is acceptable. Original shipping packaging is preferred but not required.

We do not charge restocking fees.

For returns due to fit, preference, or a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If we send the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and photographs when practical.

We cover reasonable return shipping and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Please report visible delivery damage within seven days when possible; this request does not limit your rights concerning defects discovered later.

Exchanges

Size exchanges depend on availability. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the replacement and explain any shipping charges.

Custom and Final-Sale Items

Personalized items and products clearly marked Final Sale before purchase are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

These exclusions do not apply to defective items, incorrect fulfillment, or rights required by law. An item is not automatically final sale simply because it is produced after ordering.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Standard orders may be canceled before shipment. For personalized orders, request cancellation before customization begins; we will confirm whether production has started. Shipping-delay cancellation rights still apply.

Payments & Order Confirmation

The published Square links are active payment options for confirmed orders. Prices shown are item prices before applicable tax and agreed shipping. A Square receipt confirms payment; KAP LLC separately confirms your item, design, size, shipping details and production estimate. Do not pay until those details have been agreed. Contact us promptly about an incorrect or duplicate payment.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify you and issue the refund to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it.

Start a Return or Get Help

Email kp@kapllc.co with your order number and request. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send merchandise without first obtaining those instructions.

This policy applies to TIWWA physical merchandise. Consulting, digital products, and other services have separate terms. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
